Was renting with Property People for a wee while, was very satisfied, and was always impressed with the team, always got back in touch promptly with any issues that arose. Always keep informed with visits ect. Would highly recommend Property People for rentals off rooms. 👍🫡
Was very accommodating and helpful, was quick with responses to queries and helpful if needed any more time on anything. Would recommend as agents. Jenny was very helpful from move in to move out.
Renting with PP for 12 months. Were accommodating from first enquiry until move out day. User friendly application and help page for tenants. Would recommend as landlord/agent
I’ve been renting a room at Room 3, 43 Melrose Street through Property People since June 2023, and I just want to highlight how fantastic their team has been. Steven Phillips 👌👌😊😊, has gone above and beyond to make everything smooth and easy. Alongside Joanne, who's always been quick to help with any questions, they've really made me feel valued as a tenant. I especially want to note that taking the time to write this review is my way of showing how much I appreciate their dedication. I hope they know they truly made a difference, and I’m grateful for all their hard work. Highly recommended!
Applied for property in the Stranmillis area which we subsequently did not get, however we were not notified that our application was unsuccessful, leaving us waiting to hear back for no reason. We found this rude and unprofessional conduct for an estate agency which we had taken the time to call and submit various forms too.
Steven Smith was a great help from the beginning. Really goes above and beyond in every sense! From viewing right through the application process he was on hand to walk us through! Highly recommend.
I’ve been extremely impressed with the service provided by Property People in managing my rental property. They have been professional, responsive and proactive from day one. Everything from finding reliable tenants to handling maintenance issues has been taken care of smoothly and efficiently. Their communication is excellent and I always feel informed and confident that my property is in good hands. I’d highly recommend their services to any landlord looking for a trustworthy and well organised management team.
