The team were always friendly and easy to deal with, and they were quick to respond whenever I had any issues. Any maintenance problems were sorted really efficiently and they always followed up. I would definitely recommend them!

We’ve had a good experience renting through Nicholas Residential. Mark and the team were always approachable and easy to get hold of, and any maintenance issues were dealt with promptly. Communication was straightforward throughout our tenancy, which made things much less stressful.

I rented with Nicholas Residential from 2024-2025. After living in Belfast for 5 years , and having dealt with many landlords & agencies , I have to say it was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had renting with Nicholas Residential. Any issues or questions were answered & attended to fast and it was very easy to report any issues via the online account that all tenants have access to. I’ve never had this level of professionalism and experience with any other rental agencies or landlords and honestly- never had a great experience with their staff! So I always highly recommend Nicholas Residential to any friends I have looking for properties to rent. Any team member I have been in contact with have been very nice and warm & always happy to help.
