In Belfast I rented an apartment via F5 Property for 4+ years. Everything about F5 was great! When I first moved to Belfast I was viewing different properties in different neighbourhoods and of all the estate agents I dealt with, F5 were the best. Christine was always easy to deal with for viewings. She was very accommodating and it was always so easy to get communicate with her. I told her what kind of neighbourhoods I was interested in and she was able to guide me towards viewings that best suited my circumstances. Everything was so smooth when it came to paying the deposit and signing into a lease. The property was ready as agreed with no setbacks. I was advised of all the block management details and supports that they provided. I was even given a brand new bed when I moved into my apartment because the old one was squeaky. Everything was actioned so efficiently. I was allowed to put my own plants and artwork into the apartment. Inspections were carried out about once a year to help make sure everything was in good shape with the apartments. There was never any random visits or inconvenient processes introduced. I was always given plenty of notice to renew my lease every year and in the end when I had to move out F5 facilitated a seamless process and my deposit was returned. The quality of the property that I rented off them was also excellent - nicely insulated, comfortable, very nice. I would highly reccomend F5 above all other estate agents for rentals in Belfast. In my experience they were the best. If I return to Belfast I will be reaching out to them again without hesitation.

Have had a great experience renting through F5. They have always been responsive and helpful, and the process has been smooth throughout. Very happy with the service provided.

So unprofessional. Asked me to call them, i did, then to call back Monday, made contact, then they forgot to meet me at the apartment I was wanting to few. Got out of work early and they just said they forgot. Not a call or anything. Shame as seemed lovely. But no common courtesy.

F5 property have been the best estate agents I have came across to date! My partner and I have rented one of their properties for the last two years. They made the application and move in process smooth and efficient. They were always contactable via phone/email and communicated information in a timely manner. Maintenance issues were always dealt with promptly after being reported on their online site. An espeically big thank you to James and Christine! Would highly recommend :)

F5 are an excellent property management company. They have managed a rental property for us for approximately 8 years, and we find the entire team (Christine, Brian, Kieran, and James) a pleasure to work with. They are professional, friendly, and approachable, and make the rental process simple and easy for us. They manage all rent collection and maintenance issues efficiently. They find good reliable tenants and treat them fairly so that good relationships are maintained, while ensuring that the property is well looked after.
