Pass the Keys - Belfast

Pass the Keys Belfast is a franchise taken on by Chris Kelly in 2019, with Chris Kelly named as the franchisee. The parent company was invited to become an official Airbnb co-host in 2018 and retained its advantages as a valued partner after Airbnb withdrew the co-host programme in 2022. Pass the Keys provides short-let and Airbnb management services including guest communication, check-in, cleaning, laundry, listing management, and dynamic pricing.

Listings are advertised on 20 different platforms including Airbnb and Booking.com. The company waives its management fee for any eligible booking that receives a guest review below 4 stars on Airbnb or below 7 on Booking.com. Photos are uploaded after every clean so hosts can see the condition of their Airbnb, and a client portal allows hosts to view property performance in real time. Pass the Keys Belfast operates in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Belfast is where this short-term letting and property management service looks after homes on behalf of owners, and the feedback from landlords and guests repeatedly points to responsive, clear communication. Owners who have used the team for several years describe a dependable arrangement in which questions are answered quickly and bookings are handled without fuss. A detail many reviews return to is the way maintenance is dealt with: a heater fault was attended to after a maintenance team was sent, and a problem with a bed was put right.

Guests staying in the managed apartments describe check-in as seamless, with detailed instructions and photographs provided beforehand, and help available through chat late at night. Cleanliness, spacious living areas and equipped kitchens feature in accounts of the accommodation, along with locations felt to be central yet quiet. Jason is named for being available to answer queries, while Chris receives praise for professionalism. Owners mention that properties are kept in excellent condition and that good guests are attracted, with bookings sustained over time.
