We’ve just moved into our new rental home, and we couldn’t be happier. The house is fantastic, and the agency has been amazing throughout the entire process. The transition was handled professionally from start to finish, making everything smooth and stress-free. A special thanks to Umar, who has been incredibly helpful throughout. He always responds quickly, is friendly, and has been a pleasure to deal with. We really appreciate all the support and would highly recommend both the agency and Umar to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting experience.

After almost a year on the market with no results, I switched to Aqeel and Sohayl at Promptmove — and I’m so glad I did. They were professional, proactive, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. My flat sold very quickly after changing agencies, and the whole process felt smooth and well managed. They also work with an excellent solicitor, Rebeka, which made everything quick and far less stressful than I expected. I would highly recommend Aqeel, Sohayl, and the Promptmove team to anyone looking to sell their property. Truly outstanding service!
