I personally have not dealt with this company but my family member has. He paid £2300 for a deposit and after "repairs" they say he owes them money, the repairs came to around £1500, (£750 on painting & decorating....that WE would of done had he had permission to paint, our family has decorating qualifications, its a family trait) so HOW does my family member OWE YOU money? All the repairs he reported never got fixed, and now he's getting charged for them, worst estate agent going, stay away from them. They've caused my family member an unbelievable amount of stress. They also take weeks to reply to anything you email about. They're all nice to you until they've got your deposit and monthly rent and then they're not!! Steer well clear!!

Mark and team went above and beyond to get sale of my property through. They were always helpful and polite and answered all queries under stressful circumstances. I would definitely recommend them as first class estate agents.

I give this five stars because of the lovely lady I had most of the contact with and that was Lisa Brisland. Every contact with her was always a pleasure, and she always tried her best to sort everything out.

Hi, Is there no option for 0, otherwise I will give 0. This is one of the scam properties I have ever seen in the UK for 3 years. I have moved from other properties, but they don’t hold my advance amount. These guys didn’t return my advance, and they don’t stand by their words, “what they said to me”. They changed their words for their convenient. They don’t give proper answers and still blame us. They don’t give reminders of our agreement ending. I already mentioned twice that we are moving to this property, and my agreement ends next month. At that time, they didn’t tell us anything about a return mail. In the end, they cheated me. I don’t mention her name because I know the value of this job. I lost nearly £1500 from my own pocket. Please don’t trust them. If one person sees this review and saves their money, I will be happy.

All staff have been highly professional with the sale of our house. Communicated well and followed up as promised. Connor, Oliver and Mark have all been very helpful and taken the stress out of the process. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

We rented through P&R property for a shorter period of 6 month before we purchased our first home, amazing service from start to end of our tenancy. A big thanks to all the team, especially to Lisa who was always very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend. Thank you!
