I had a viewing today with Tom in Wellington Road and I really enjoyed is very friendly and professional person.

The poorest service I have ever experienced from a letting agent. A very small team with minimal communication, poor systems, and little care or value placed on tenants. At the start of the tenancy, we were not provided with a formal How to Rent guide, no instructions regarding appliances in the flat, and no copy of the EICR report. During the tenancy, they mistakenly CC’d the landlord into an email. After that, we dealt with the landlord directly, as the agent was consistently unresponsive, slow, and blunt. It made us seriously question what the landlord was paying for under their management agreement. At the end of the tenancy, there were zero move-out instructions. They forgot to ask about keys and meter readings, failed to carry out or share a check-out inspection, and only began the deposit process more than 20 days after we moved out — and only after the landlord had to intervene. Even then, they processed the deposit without providing the deposit ID details, meaning we couldn’t access the DPS. Calls and messages were very delayed or ignored throughout. Overall, this was an extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Landlords: I strongly advise speaking directly to the owner and questioning their processes, team size, SLAs, and what the management fee actually covers. The value simply isn’t there. Tenants: Avoid this agent and stick with larger, more professional firms with clear systems and adequate staffing. You will not be looked after here. Truly poor service.

Tom was amazing showed up for viewings early so I was never waiting around. Knowledgable about the property’s and helpful with providing other properties which were a great fit for me. When I did decide to go forward his responses were very quick and moved me through the process in record time keeping me updated as I went. Would highly recommend to all!!
