Paul, was brilliant at selling my Bungalow in Bournemouth. The whole process was a complete nightmare from start in October 2025 to finish in May 2026. All caused by external factors. Forced entry into my home multiple times against written refusal. Handled asbestos removal without providing safety certificates. Threatening eviction because I asked for safety papers. Beware: They claim to be a big group but hide behind 'independent franchise' status when things go wrong.

Paul was fantastic in helping me secure my new home , He was always contactable and approachable throughout the purchase and when things needed following up he was great. I would highly recommend . Thank you Paul .

I cant thank Paul Matthews enough. What turned into a very long and drawn out sale could have been really stressful, but he make the whole process easier. Was always friendly, polite, and professional, and nothing was too mich trouble. Communication was great throughout, and he was always there to help and keep things moving. Genuinely the best estate agent ive ever used - highly recommend!
