Pearsons Block Management

We have found that Pearsons provide a very professional as well as personal service. This has much been the case in their advising and steering the RTM board through the complexities of new fire regulations in respect of blocks of flats Day to day management is seamless.

I live a block of flats. An issue arose in my block that impacted on my sleep and health. I told Yas about it and she immediately investigated, got the evidence she needed and addressed the issue. She was really efficient, but most of all she made me realise I had finally some support in what was a difficult situation. Thank you Yas.

Pearsons have managed our block for the 15 years i have owned the flat and they are always available and ready to sort out problems. They are not always trying to find things to spend money on as some others do. Yet the block is always tidy and well kept.

I have Properties that are managed by different Management companies and I can confirm Pearson are far more accomodating than others. Unforetunately I find all mamagement companies are reactive rather than proactive. That said whenever I have had cause to contact Pearson with an issue it has been dealth with proimptly and efficiently. The other point is taking resonsibility for ouraselves. If we are not happy with the gardens or items of maintainace not being done we have a responsibilitry to inform the management company so they have the opportunity to deal with it. I am happy to say the team assembled at pearson block management is now better than it was in the past. Very happy with the service we now receive.

Over many years Pearson’s Block Management Team have always been there to assist in the diligent stewardship of Canterton Manor on our behalf as Freeholders.
