They are ignoring emails, uncomfortable conversations and staff is rude. You pay them a lot of money, every month, FOR nothing really
Current tenant. Ive had to contact denfords quite a bit the last few months. They have always been both professional and friendly. They always give you a little update to keep you in the loop too, which is a very refreshing.
Over a year in a rented flat and 5 times we've had a leak in the roof. Feel like they do not care that we have to live constantly like this. Our landlady is livid as we are that they can't even give us a leak free roof. Won't mention the don't care feeling we get.
I've always found Denfords very helpful and prompt with their responses. I deal with several management companies with properties I own and Denfords are by far the best.
