She is quick to deal with any problems or concerns both from an owner point of view and making sure the tenant is satisfied. I trust her judgement in making sure my properties are well maintained and loading with tenants. I have been working with Parkers for over ten years and have no hesitation in recommending them and Tracy in particular.
I've been a landlord with Parkers for over 2 years and throughout they have been excellent - Mark Brooker, Sam Ruchpaul, Tracy Why, Cerise Peters and others went above and beyond on many occasions and the team back to front were top notch, 5 stars! I only wished I'd been with them earlier! We've now sold through them and again the sales staff were efficient and helpful - Paula Thomson and Bernadette Martin saw both sales over the line. I've sold in the past but never as smoothly and easily. Well done Parkers.

Despite another agent having managed our property for many years we recently sold through Parkers.
