Davis Tate Estate Agents Reading

We recently bought our house using Davis Tate and received an excellent service. Our estate agent Lee Russell was amazing and kept us updated every step of the way. Brilliant communication and no nonsense which we really appreciated. Especially being new to the process. We couldn’t recommend Lee more.

I rented my first house in the UK with Davis Tate, and I has a fantastic experience. Siobhan and the whole team were very professional and precise since the first meeting, and they helped me navigate a housing market completely new to me. Communication with the team was great, all my questions were answered quickly and clearly. I felt really supported throughout the whole procedure.

I bought the house through Davis Tate nearly 20 years ago and didn't hesitate to contact them again. Although Lewis was not at DT back then he has been fantastic throughout the whole process of selling the property as were all his colleagues. His communication with the buyers was faultless and he was able to iron out any questions that arose. Thank you Lewis

Our property manager Aimee Rixon has been nothing but exceptional throughout our tenancy. Incredibly supportive and really cares about us having the best experience possible. Each property inspection has been quick, professional and she is a delight to be around. It’s so nice as a renter to feel like you’re in safe hands with people who understand that you want your property to feel like home.

Tristan from Davis Tate is an absolute star going well beyond the call of duty to get new tenants in by a specific date for me. Of course the whole lettings team is marvelous. Thank you Siobhan for guiding me through the TDS scheme registration. Brilliance guided by the shining light of Tristan.

Fantastic service from Davis Tate throughout the process of me signing the rental agreement. Met the letting agent Rebecca Williamson who has been superb throughtout. Great communication and has helped alot. Highly recommend Davis Tate and Rebecca. Thank you.

I have rented with Davis Tate for the past 6 years, then in Feb I relocated to another Davis Tate property in a nearby village. The whole process was managed through Rebecca based in the Reading office. Despite there being quite a few hurdles during the process, Rebecca was excellent, communicating with me almost daily. I cannot thank her enough, moving is stressful, yet Rebecca made the process much smoother, remaining upbeat, calm and supportive throughout. Highly recommended.
