Open House Estate Agents Cambridge

Very professional company. Nice, polite and helpful lady in the call centre. The agent (Mr Murad Azam) was prompt in processing early viewing date and manage the rent application. This company deserves 100/100 in professionalism.

Murad at Open House managed our rental property for the last few years and subsequently acted as our agent during the sale of the property. He took care of everything during the rental (helping us get the property prepared, finding and reviewing tenants and then dealing with all the things that inevitably pop up during a tenancy). It has made the whole process far less onerous and stressful that it might otherwise have been. He was fantastic once again when we decided to sell, getting us a very good price, coordinating and following up with the solicitors and buyer, and keeping us updated through the whole process. I would happily recommend Murad for both managing a rental and selling ones house.

We had a fantastic experience working with Open House and Murad when selling our house. Murad was incredibly patient, organised, and professional throughout the entire process. Murad did an excellent job coordinating between the buyer and solicitors, ensuring everything moved forward smoothly. He kept us informed at every step, which made what can often be a stressful process feel much more manageable. We really appreciated his clear communication, attention to detail, and dedication. I would highly recommend Murad and Open House to anyone looking to sell their property.

Great experience. Professional, responsive, and made the whole process smooth. Highly recommend.

Murad has been brilliant throughout the process. Moving home involves tremendous effort in coordination and promptness in actions. He has communicated well with us. We are enjoying our new home now. Thanks to Murad!

Great service from start to finish. Thank you!

Murad was very supportive throughout my purchase, he was proactive in getting updates for me from all parties, he understood my frustrations with my conveyancer. I acknowledge their lack of good service was out of his control, he really did go above and beyond, much appreciated.
