Booked a viewing for a property in Sawston, but decided not to proceed after arriving. Before even entering the house, I had an uncomfortable interaction with a neighbour while briefly standing nearby and taking in the open field view. Their dogs were not under control, and the situation felt unnecessarily confrontational. As a young Asian woman, the experience left me feeling particularly uneasy and unwelcome. It made me reconsider how living there might feel on a day-to-day basis. The agent present apologised at the time, but did not check whether I was okay or follow up afterwards, which I found disappointing. Prospective tenants may want to pay close attention to the surrounding environment, not just the property itself.

I have had a good experience renting a house from Bush & Co - in the few years I lived there, they were always very quick to fix things which went wrong with the house, and generally I feel like we were treated fairly.

Brilliant company, I can only recommend them. They have been managing the property we rented for the last 6 years, and they have always been very helpful. If we had any issues, we always knew we can rely on Bush and they will ensure that the problem is fixed as soon as possible. Also every person we met from the agency were super nice and helpful, it feels like a close-knit team, who are always there for each other and for the clients.
