Martin & Co Aberdeen - Estate & Letting Agents

When I had an issue with the property, Stein handled the situation exceptionally well. He made every effort to keep in contact with me and worked proactively to resolve the problem. What impressed me the most was his responsiveness. As is often the case with property agents, communication is usually limited to working hours, and there is often little or no feedback after office hours. However, Stein was different. He continued to provide updates even late in the evening and responded much faster than any other staff member I have dealt with at Martin & Co. I believe Stein is an employee who genuinely enhances the reputation and credibility of the company through his dedication, professionalism, and commitment to customer service.

We have recently viewed a rental property through Martin &Co. We have had a very positive experience with this company. Their estate agent Mr Ryan McKenzie was great! Ryan was punctual, patient and showed us around the property without rushing us in anyway. He was very meticulous and upfront about the property and the contract. So far we are very pleased with the service provided by this rental firm.

I had an excellent experience working with Ryan M.from Martin and Co in Aberdeen as a property agent. From the beginning he was professional and knowledgeable. I could also tell he was genuinely commited to help me find the right property. He was very informative throughout the entire process, quick to respond and everything seemed incredibly smooth and stress-free.

From my very first enquiry through to having my offer accepted, my experience with Martin & Co has been excellent. The team was professional, welcoming, and responsive throughout the entire process. Communication was clear at every stage, my questions were answered promptly, and I always felt supported and well informed. As an international PhD student looking for my first private rental in the UK, I really appreciated how straightforward and stress-free the process was made. I would highly recommend Martin & Co to anyone looking for a professional and reliable letting agency.

Martin & Co were excellent in helping us with a recent rental. Ryan McKenzie showed great customer service and made the whole process very quick and easy for us. Highly recommend.

I was looking for properties to rent and stumbled upon one advertised by Martin & Co, booked a viewing, and got it for the very next day. The whole process, from registering my interest in the property to getting my application accepted by the landlord, was really seamless and was completed in less than a week's time; it was managed by letting negotiator Ryan McKenzie, who was really prompt with his responses and answered all my queries, even on the weekend. I would definitely recommend them as the letting agents.

I have used Martin and Co Aberdeen for 13 years and have always found the organisation to be extremely helpful. The most recent portfolio manager Natalie Grassick has been particularly supportive and well organised in the monitoring of my property having at all times my interests at the forefront of her advice. I have the highest regard for her and even when we have had a difference of opinion or expectation she has been completely professional and the difficulties were soon overcome
