Our experience with Jack was amazing! He was super helpful throughout the process, offering solutions to any problems and answering all the questions we had. He brought such a positive and fun attitude to the experience, it was such a shame the property we liked was reserved before we could, otherwise we would have loved to have booked with him!

Truly appreciative of Jack, he went above and beyond to support 4 first year university students to find a good house for the next year. He took all of our preferences into consideration and found 4 more houses for us to view for the same day. This helped us as a group to get a good look at a variety of places that suits our individual interests. Throughout the whole process, Jack was very responsive to all of our questions and helping us with each step to book the house. We are grateful to have had an excellent and smooth experience when looking to rent a student house for the first time.
