Haart Lettings Leicester Branch I was looking for a letting agent to rent out my flat due to lack of use. I have been looking at quite a few letting agents and then I selected Haart due to the professionalism of the staff at their Leicester Office. As it was my first time as a landlord, I needed guiding through the processes of renting and all the intricacies that entails. I first went to the Leicester Office, and I talked to a gentleman called Liam Osborne and met the Branch Manager Andrew and I was able to set up a first meeting and set the ball rolling for rental. Then Liam and Andrew introduced me to Lynna Proctor who was a liaison between me as the landlord and the tenant, and she in particular was very professional and responsive to all of our communications, and she provided all the support I needed. I would not hesitate to recommend the team at the Leicester office to anyone.
I recently viewed properties at Jack’s Bridge and Cawston Close in Hamilton and had an excellent experience. Hans was incredibly helpful; he took the time to show us around thoroughly and provided a clear, detailed explanation of the entire process. His professional approach and patience made a significant difference.

Hans from Haart Lettings is amazing. He helped me and my colleagues when we moved to Leicester from Zimbabwe . I would not recommend Haart Leicester based on my experience. At the beginning, the team were friendly, responsive, and made everything seem straightforward. Unfortunately, once the process progressed, the level of customer service changed completely. I also found them extremely difficult to negotiate with. There seemed to be very little willingness to listen or work towards a fair compromise, which made what was already a stressful process even more frustrating. The contrast between how welcoming they were at the start and how they treated us towards the end was disappointing. I expected better support and professionalism throughout the entire process, not just until we were finished up. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t use Haart Leicester again for either buying, selling, or renting a property.
