We first met Danny of Horizon Property Management while researching for a competent, reliable and responsible proposal manager to find tenants and manage our flat. Based on our list of criteria, we felt certain we had settled with an estate agent about six weeks earlier based on their decades of experience in that market and high recommendation from our neighbour. That was until we fine combed their proposal about two weeks prior to signing their proposed agreement and figured with their extra high fees on individual components, we could be in arrears if, God forbid, we endured unexpected expenses.
