We first met Danny of Horizon Property Management while researching for a competent, reliable and responsible proposal manager to find tenants and manage our flat. Based on our list of criteria, we felt certain we had settled with an estate agent about six weeks earlier based on their decades of experience in that market and high recommendation from our neighbour. That was until we fine combed their proposal about two weeks prior to signing their proposed agreement and figured with their extra high fees on individual components, we could be in arrears if, God forbid, we endured unexpected expenses. Danny was very reassuring from our initial contact as, based on our research, we read the positive reviews from his other clients. Our calls were always returned promptly and, after explaining our circumstances, he explained our potential options entirely. He then guided us through our list of projects to bring our property up to date while he consistently monitored the progress with us. To sum everything up, Danny has exceeded our expectations with his attention to detail, his keen focus and keen listening skill to our concerns while navigating careful thorough methods to our property and tenants.
