Gilson Bailey Estate Agents (Norwich Office)

We are a current tenant of Gilson Bailey, so I can only speak of our current service and experience. However Ellie and Zak done a fantastic job with keeping us updated during amour referencing / move in stage. They maintained approachable and professional throughout. Since becoming a tenant, the service Abby Morris has continued to provide throughout our current tenancy has been nothing short of amazing. We’ve had some bad experiences in the past with landlords and Abby has done everything to ensure this has been avoided with them.

Having bought my first house some 23 years ago through Gilson Bailey I felt it appropriate to support local! Given our circumstances & a big shift in the market decades later Tom, Stuart Bairds son didn't let us down. He was concise & reliable for which the property had offers & was sold in less than 24 hours. Thankfully the house I was looking to buy was also through them which made all the communication & paperwork easier. All be it a difficult time with bereavement in the family the team here were great. Thank you to all the team there!

Gilson Bailey have been brilliant throughout. From the viewing to completion everything was very well communicated and done in a timely manner. Louise was my main contact and she was incredible with working for the best outcome for myself and the vendor. Louise always kept me up to date and was very knowledgeable. I’d definitely recommend Gilson Bailey.

All the team at Gilson Bailey have done a fab job of looking after me with my whole experience of buying my property, finishing up my rental property and moving out and answering all my questions. They remained professional, friendly and helpful at all times, even when I was slightly stressed and had issues to sort. So, inclusive of Louise Ruddy, Juliette Samson, Alexandra Hartley & George Selby, thankyou for all your help and wonderful service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🥳

Switching over to Gilson Bailey to manage the sale of my flat was the best decision. They brought in more viewings in just a month and a half than my previous estate agent did in an entire year, and also managed to sell it in that short time. They consistently kept me updated, would phone me straight away if I emailed with a question, nothing has ever been a bother to them even with all my questions! Every member of staff I have dealt with has been absolutely lovely, knowledgeable and competent. They have taken the anxiety out of the selling process for me by just taking complete control of my situation for me, I'm terrible with names but Lauren and Luke in particular have been standouts. I would say always use Gilson Bailey if you're considering selling a property.

A huge thank you to everyone at Gilson Bailey for helping us sell our home. The whole team was fantastic throughout the process, always proactive, keeping things moving, and chasing all parties to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. A special thank you to Louise Ruddy, whose communication, dedication, and support were exceptional. As we were selling our home to relocate abroad, keeping everything on track was so important, and we really appreciated all the hard work from the entire team. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gilson Bailey to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
