If there is lower than one star I’ll give them, Avoid Walton & Allen. I viewed an apartment and sent my application immediately. They did absolutely nothing for 10 days. I had to call them every single day just to get an update because they refuse to do their jobs. When I called, the staff were very rude and had a horrible attitude. Today, after I chased them for over a week, they finally told me the landlord rejected the application. Rejections happen, but taking 10 days to give a simple answer while being rude on the phone is pathetic. They did not reject me; they just showed me how disorganised and second-rate they are. Save your time and money. Go to a professional agency that actually respects its clients.
