My flat in Nottingham(NG5) was put on sale by William H Brown in March 2026. It has been 3 months now and there has been only 1 viewing. I have emailed and called them many times to arrange more viewings but no success. I used their competitor David James a few years ago and they were far better than them. I really committed a mistake by choosing William H Brown to sell my flat.

William H Brown have managed my rental property really well over the last few years, and I’ve been so pleased with their service. Debbie in particular has been a fantastic property manager throughout. She’s always prompt with replies and ensuring things are being taken care of, and lets me know of any issues reported by the tenants immediately. She’s been incredibly helpful and proactive with things that need to be arranged (certifications etc), and organising contractors when needed, which has given me great peace of mind during the rental period. It really has been a seamless experience.
