William H Brown Estate Agents Nottingham

I recently purchased a property through William H Brown. Megan Baker was incredibly professional, proactive and supportive during the entire process. Thank you once again, Megan! Really impressed with the service received. I would definitely recommend William H Brown.

Thank you so much to Megan Baker for all her help in buying our first home. As first-time buyers, we had so many questions, and Megan was always on hand to guide us through every step of the process. She was friendly, patient, and incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience far less daunting. We couldn’t have asked for better support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy their home 🔑🏡

Debbie Wright of William H Brown, always professional but at the same time genuinely friendly and caring, which is far too rare these days. In an increasingly cold corporate world it restores one’s faith in humanity to encounter those such as Debbie who go the extra mile for their customers.

Excellent Lettings Service received from Max Sims and his team in the Nottingham Branch. My property was advertised and let out really quick. Well done guys.

My flat in Nottingham(NG5) was put on sale by William H Brown in March 2026. It has been 3 months now and there has been only 1 viewing. I have emailed and called them many times to arrange more viewings but no success. I used their competitor David James a few years ago and they were far better than them. I really committed a mistake by choosing William H Brown to sell my flat.

I would like to thank you for helping me purchase the house of my dreams. Megan Baker was incredibly helpful throughout both the sale and purchase of my house. She supported me with everything and explained all the information clearly, making the whole process much easier and less stressful. I would also like to thank Haris for his help with the mortgage application form and guidance throughout the process. Finally, thanks to William H Brown for all the support. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

William H Brown have managed my rental property really well over the last few years, and I’ve been so pleased with their service. Debbie in particular has been a fantastic property manager throughout. She’s always prompt with replies and ensuring things are being taken care of, and lets me know of any issues reported by the tenants immediately. She’s been incredibly helpful and proactive with things that need to be arranged (certifications etc), and organising contractors when needed, which has given me great peace of mind during the rental period. It really has been a seamless experience.
