The Agency is a team of very professional and attentive people who works in the real estate industry. They helped me to find a new tenant for my apartment and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell/buy/rent.

I was urgently calling up a variety of Leeds agents as I tried to find a flat before I moved cities. Out of all the agents I spoke to on the phone, Luke at The Agency was the best. He is responsive, polite, friendly and knowledgable - both on the phone and via email. He is also very organised, showing me a range of properties during my viewing slot, and was even able to accomodate the timing and route/location to ensure I was not late to the next viewing I had with another agent. Overall I am very pleased with the service I received.

The Agency and their team have been excellent at helping both me and my partner move in to our first rental flat. They made the process streamline and as stress free as possible!

My experience at The Gateway North has been really great & amazing😊. I enjoyed my 12 months living at the Property. The Team such as Abi, Diane & Amelia at the Gateway have been very kind & caring. They’ve given me great advice and make sure that everything is in good place. They make sure “myself” as a tenant am safe and do care a lot about my well being. Abi gave me a list to tackle a month before my tenancy ended, as this resulted me in no bond deductions being made😁. I had an excellent experience with The Agency my move in was smooth, they made sure everything was ready on time which really helped me settle in. During my tenancy their maintenance support was outstanding using their tenant portal and issues dealt with and kept me uptodate with progress. Abi especially was super helpful at move out. She sent me a tenant move out guidance which I followed, I called her to check a few things and nothing was too much trouble, and resulted in no bond deductions which was refreshing compared to other agents I’ve used in the past. There are a few comments on here about unfair bond deductions, that is not my experience. I followed their advice which was in my best interests to do so. I would recommend them, they’ve been consistently professional, responsive and supportive from start to finish!

Had a great experience with The Agency, we were in a tight spot with out old property due to a water leak and we needed to be out of the property within a week, The Agency got our referencing done and completed the house (Clean and everything) within a week. I would recommended The Agency to anyone.
