After a prior more negative experience with a different company, we felt that they listened to us and were invested in getting us moved promptly. From valuations and discussion with Rich and Rob, to the seamless viewings with Nia, and especially Catrin and her patience and perseverance with the sale progression delays! The team were very professional and helpful throughout the process of selling my house. The process to completion took longer than expected due to legal things with the property I was buying but they managed to keep the communication with my buyers going when the solicitors were not being that helpful. The team were very responsive at all times on the WhatsApp group and answered all my questions about the state of the market and eased my concerns every single time.

Genuinely excellent and professional. We asked Tathams to come outside of their normal geography to help sell our home based on the information we had received on them from friends in Cardiff. We weren't dissapointed, initial correspondence with Nick was high quality, the advice from Nia on how to present the house, Rich's professional assessment and honest feedback as well as his calm presentation on the day with the viewers and quick feedback was superb and Catrin has been efficient and friendly since progressing the sale. What an amazing team! Faultless from valuation through to completion. Richard’s valuation was spot on - realistic and based on factual data of other similar sales in our area. The marketing was absolutely superb - the video footage in particular was stunning - and Rich secured an offer over asking on the first viewing. Once the offer was accepted, the whole team worked hard to chase solicitors for both parties and keep us regularly informed of progress. A big thank you to Catrin in particular for her patience, but also to Nia, Rob and Becky who were always on hand to deal with any questions we might have had. Tathams mortgage advisor Jody was also a key player in smoothing the process by advising our buyers regarding their mortgage and financial situation. Moving home can be very stressful, but Tathams made the process seamless and we felt we could not have been in better hands. We would recommend without exception.
