We bought a house which was marketed by SoH in South London and were very happy with the entire process. Given the positive experience, we also chose Alex from SoH to bring our existing home on the market. Alex managed to find us great buyers within a few days. The entire process from taking marketing photos to completion took less than 2 months and had zero hiccups. From a buyer's and a seller's perspective, Alex was incredibly hard working and we very much appreciated that he always accommodated viewings & meetings on weekends and late evenings!

Having gone down the traditional estate agent route, property being overvalued for them to win business and then the viewings farmed out to very junior staff, we switched over to Story of Home. Alex, from start to finish, was the most professional estate agent i have ever dealt with. The service was a different level. Clear updates after each viewing, next steps, strategy, all through the negotiations, he supported us. He did all the viewings himself, knew the area and property very well and all the leads were genuine & on point. I would not hesitate to use them again & would highly recommend both Alex & Story of Home as an estate agent.

Based on the positive reviews I reached out to this agent to list my property. Having answered many questions and supplied numerous comparables (more reasonably what an agent should do) I never heard back from the agent as promised or at all. He refused to pick up my calls and did not respond once to my follow up enquiries. In the end I called the office (perhaps just a messaging service). It seems to be a very small team with no quality control nor other administrative measures to maintain service levels. I had high hopes for this new offering but the local agents seem positively attentive in comparison!
