I’ve been renting an apartment through Reside for the past 18 months, and my experience with them has been nothing but positive. Max Hutchinson, who arranged both my viewing and my vacating appointments, has been incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional throughout. Communication has always been excellent, with emails responded to promptly and clearly. During my tenancy, I only experienced one issue, and it wasn’t Reside’s fault. An external contractor carried out work on the fire door but didn’t reconnect the lock properly, which meant I couldn’t lock my apartment late one evening. I contacted Reside’s emergency helpline, and they called me back almost immediately, arranging for the contractor to return and fix the problem straight away that evening. Nothing has ever been too much trouble for the team, and they’ve always been approachable and efficient. Having had some difficult experiences with previous letting agencies, Reside has been a refreshing change. Thank you to everyone at Reside for making my tenancy such a positive experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to others, and I have nothing but good things to say about your service.

I bought a flat that was advertised with Reside and they were great throughout. Esther was great at communicating with the solicitors on both sides while ensuring I was kept in the loop and answered any questions I had promptly and thoroughly. TL;DR If you need a sign to choose Reside Manchester, this is it. We use a few estate agents across the country, but none of them - NONE OF THEM - are as fantastic as Reside Manchester! Whenever we deal with them, we feel as if the whole company exists just for us. Because that's the level of care and service they provide. And is just.. genuinely how helpful and responsive every single person is. Genuinely. And special shout out have to go to Freddy and Lauren, both of whom have gone above and beyond to help us in ways we didn't know were possible! Again, their level of individual care and professionalism sit at a level we don't receive from our other agents. If Marks and Spencers were an estate agent, it would be Reside. Like, do you get what I mean when I say they're really good?? Thank you Reside <3
