Kaytons Estate Agents - Manchester holds a 4.8 rating from 575 Google reviews. Landlords and tenants repeatedly praise property manager Pawandeep for prompt, professional and attentive service, with colleagues including Kash and Kade also credited with handling sales and long tenancies smoothly. However, more than one review describes difficulty getting maintenance issues addressed quickly, including a case where a tenant went without adequate water pressure for two months before a fault was identified, and another describing repeated unreturned callbacks when enquiring about a property. Prospective tenants may wish to ask about response times for reported repairs.

4.8 / 5 · 575 totalVery disappointing customer service. I called Kaytons several times (at least four) to enquire about a property and was repeatedly told that someone would call me back. Despite those promises, I received no response for around a week. When an agent finally contacted me, I explained that I was abroad on the proposed viewing dates and asked whether an alternative date would be possible. I was simply told that the property would likely be taken by then, which I completely understood. I then asked a follow-up question by email, but never received any reply. Even if the property was no longer available, I would have expected the courtesy of responding, especially after the delays and multiple unreturned calls. A simple acknowledgement or apology would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left me with the impression that communication and customer service are not priorities. I hope Kaytons improves how they handle enquiries and follows up with prospective tenants.
Kaytons has been fantastic so far, and I've had a great experience with Pawandeep, Tori, and Pardis! They were amazing and made my move into the new house extremely smooth.
Pawandeep has been really helpful acting managing our tenancy! Im happy with her quick taking action attitude resolving issues! She’s been helpful to us!
Excellent property management service. Communication has always been prompt, professional, and responsive, and they’ve done a great job looking after my home. A special thank you to Pawandeep, my property manager, who consistently delivers exceptional service. Their attention to detail, responsiveness, and willingness to help have made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!
Literally diabolical. Gaslit us about every issue we had with our flat - one of which being that our water pressure was so weak we couldn't shower for 2 MONTHS because they refused to send someone out to us - saying 'well, the previous tenants didn't have an issue'. When they did send someone, he found the fault immediately as a part was broken in our boiler. Fixed immediately. This is just one example of a series of dramas where they refused to believe us because we are two young women. We were told by staff when we called once that 'you're grown adults now, you should sort this yourself' - beyond patronising. We were calling because we had no introduction, and they had written the wrong postcode on our contract - which meant we couldn't sign up for energy bills, water, WiFi... When we left, they tried to charge us £200 for cleaning fees. I had comprehensive videos of the entire flat, showing that it was disgusting when we entered. Apparently these weren't good enough, and they kept telling us to 'just pay the fees, or we'd have to take it to the deposit dispute service...'. Had the case investigated and the report literally said 'there is absolutely no evidence that the flat was dirtier when the tenants left'. We received all of the money (bar £20 for sealant around the shower, which I'm still angry about because we only lived there for 7 months and it was mouldy when we arrived). Special shout out to K, our property manager, who we nicknamed 'the k-lighter' because of how he tried to make us believe every issue we had was our fault, or that we were being dramatic. One more story to illustrate this - we had damp issues in our flat and they couldn't fix our extractor fans, K told us they couldn't give us dehumidifiers and that instead we should leave the windows and back door open as much as possible. We followed his instructions, and the next day found a RAT in the flat. We simply informed K (we werent blaming, we just wanted him to know that leaving the windows open wasnt viable) and he told us, in a very blunt and unsympathetic email, that it was our fault:)
Hello, I am not a big fan on writing reviews and I've only ever written about three, with this review being my fourth. I especially wanted share the lovely experience I've had dealing with the team especially Pawandeep, who has been very kind and responsive with all my enquiries. I have lived at my apartment for almost 12 years and Keytons is the third agency to took over in managing the property and Pawandeep have been amazing in supporting any issues I've had. I have been very fortunate to have built such a good relationship with the agency, as this is important. Thank you Pawandeep and your wonderful team. Wishing you all the best for the future ahead!

In particular, Pawandeep has been outstanding. Has always been helpful, attentive, and quick to address any questions or concerns. Their communication has been clear and professional, making the entire process smooth and stress free. I would highly recommend Kaytons and especially Pawandeep to other landlords looking for a reliable and supportive letting agency.
