4.4 / 5 · 745 totalOne of the worst experiences I’ve had with a letting agency. I went into the office, and the agent sitting directly in front of me didn’t greet us or ask how he could help. I had to approach him myself and explain that I was looking to rent a property. Instead of offering assistance, he simply asked which area I wanted and told me to decide. When I asked if he could recommend any properties within my budget, he seemed completely uninterested and came across as dismissive. His attitude was unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. As international students, we felt that we were treated differently. I can’t say why that was, but the experience left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I don’t understand why someone with such poor customer service would be representing the agency. Then i left.
I am very satisfied with their service. We are in touch with Kirsty Rudd initially with the property viewing. From beginning to end she really did amazing job and supported us with updated information.
Bethan from the city centre branch has been brilliant in helping us navigate the process of renting out our flat. She is incredibly efficient, highly competent, and a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Bethan, for making the entire process so smooth and far less stressful for us!
I decided to sell my property via Reeds Rains as I'd had a positive experience with them as a tenant back when I was renting. Anyway, RR made the whole selling phase easy and uncomplicated. They had my property on the market in just a few days, with viewings and offers within the first week. The viewing phase was also easy, with appointments booked and notice given well ahead of time. The team were also super friendly and walked me through the whole process

I've recently been looking to purchase a flat and my experience with Reeds Rains Estate Agents has been very positive and friendly. I've had the help and assistance from Francesca and Greg and they have been professional and supportive in conducting the viewing, placing an offer and providing updates thereon. The communication has been timely through email and phone and they've helped explain things in a very clear and simple manner throughout the process whilst keeping me updated with the next steps. While trying to find a solicitor, they recommended a good and reputable firm which I ended up going with, so that has been helpful too. I would definitely recommend Reeds Rains to anyone looking to purchase a property.
