I decided to withdraw my property of this company and got hit with a £142 bill. Video fee from 11 months ago?? and £42 money laundering check . I found this company to be very unprofessional , sending buyers who hadn't even put the house on the market. Not asking the phone at weekends and after reducing my house by £25,000 , they now said to reduce it by another £50,000 , that will certainly get a sale .. My advice go somewhere else . They have refused to take the house of the market until the bill is paid..
Helpful and friendly team. Helped us get tenants and willing to go the extra mile to help out. Importantly they always answer unlike some other agents in Liverpool. Would recommend.
Big shout out to Tammy Harper. I met Tammy when she came to appraise my property for a rental. Tammy was very punctual, highly professional and extremely polite. She is a credit to Reeds Rains, and genuinely a really nice lady
Thomas has been nothing but a help since the start of this process. His communication is excellent and he has not hesitated whenever we have had a problem or just a question. I recommend this agency just because of that.
Reeds staff were fantastic as usual. Particularly Lewis and Thomas who were very patient when dealing with tricky situations. I am very pleased with the outcome of their work and would recommend their service to others in future.
Massive thank you to Justin, Thea, Owen and team in the Liverpool City Branch. They provided excellent service over and above contractual expectations throughout what was a difficult, prolonged process with a couple of late back outs, made more complex by the fact my parents are elderly and unable to travel to the property they sold through Justin and team. Great communication throughout and outstanding service. Thank you guys
