Used Pure to sell our property recently and really impressed by the service. From the word go, even from coming out to value, they showed an enthusiasm about the property which other agents lacked, they were realistic about the pricing and honest. They offered comparables. The property sold and they were calm and offered great advice during the negotiations which in my opinion helped us achieve a higher price. We sold within a month and even when we hit a buffer with the first sale they got onto it quickly offering advice. We resold quickly and when there were issues with the chain they chased and harassed and didn’t complain when I harassed them.
