Roop Arora of Pont & Lyall was appointed last year as managing agent for our building. He has proved a great choice, saving on service charges, decorating the interior, providing management packs for sales rapidly. I would highly recommend him.
I have used Pont & Lyall for about a year. I am satisfied with their service. Any requests were dealt with professionally and quickly. Sometimes the service went above and beyond. What would make Pont & Lyall even better is for the company to have contractors already at hand so all the needs of a property can be promptly met.
We’ve been through awful property management companies before and it makes you lose confidence that there are actually any good ones out there. Fortunately we came across Pont & Lyall and they have been outstanding so far. Professional, attentive, and personalised service to each freeholder. Especially pleased with Roop’s service I couldn’t ask for more.
