Terrible company, tried charging me hundreds of pounds for specs of dust left in a flat. This later got disputed and they were found to be very dishonest. Clearly trying to scam tenants of their deposit. DON'T WORK WITH THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY.
Parkhill Properties were very good to me while I was a tenant - they were very quick helping with any issues that came up and very helpful if I ever needed advice with the flat. However, after I moved out, they changed my move out date with my energy provider to be able to charge me for the month after I had moved out. Luckily, I could prove my move out date to my provider and they could see that the move out date had been changed after I received an email confirming my energy provider from Parkhill. This meant they could wipe the charges from my account. It is a shame that this happened because they were very good to me while I was a tenant.
Parkhill have managed my tenancy for a wee while now, the staff are responsive and friendly, as well as understanding when any issues are raised.
Parkhill Properties have managed our apartments in Aberdeen for several years. We’ve consistently found them to be efficient and proactive in dealing with any issues that arise, and they carry out repairs promptly when needed. The staff are always pleasant and helpful.

My portfolio was managed very well - no issues and if I needed any help or assistance they were quick to get back to me. Only reason I am leaving is due to self managing my Portfolio.
