Worst management and really disappointed as below things were not present as committed in the advertisement. I want to let everyone know the below issues in the home which were not resolved even after complaining: 1. There is no door for the bathroom in the master bedroom. We chose this flat as it has 2 bathrooms and we thought it will be sufficient for 7 people. But finally we had to manage with one toilet for 7 people. It is really disappointing. 2. We also checked initially whether we have sufficient dishes in the kitchen. I was told stock pot, sauce pans are available. However, there are no stock pot available in the kitchen, the sauce plan also not in good condition. We didn't bring any vessels as they had mentioned enough dishes are available. And really struggled with cooking without proper vessels. 3. There are no sufficient toilet Tissues provided. Only 4 to 5 tissue rolls for 4 days and for 7 guests. So we would like to let you know that we are really disappointed and struggled without these facilities. On top of it, they confirmed that they will do partial refund and then cheated me by making me remove the negative feedback. Please do not opt for this service.

I had a great stay and would happily recommend it. The room was brilliant – clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive, friendly, and really helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was excellent value for money, and i’d definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time in Liverpool for a wedding. We have not been before so did not know the area. The location of the Langham House was perfect for visiting Sefton Park and the Lark Lane Saturday market. Just a short walk, so an added bonus to a very comfortable stay on a beautiful house. Check-in was easy and communication with Kyle at Orange rentals was great. Thank you so much.

had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was spotless — exactly as described, too, The host was quick to respond to any questions, and made check‑in effortless. The location couldn’t be more perfect — close to everything yet peaceful when you want to unwind. Every little detail was thoughtfully arranged, from the cozy linens to the local touches that made it feel special. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a top‑notch experience. Only bad thing was that we didn't decide to stay for longer.

Cozy, clean and beautifully decorated home that we will most definitely come back to. Hosts were fantastic, great communication and very helpful. Parking was right outside the house and neighbours were extremely friendly.

Lovely house in the perfect neighbourhood. Around the corner from the amazing Sefton Park and the cafes, restaurants and independent shops on the buzzing Lark Lane. Liverpool city centre easily accessible in a short cab ride.
