Rented one of Oliver Haggards houses for a year during my second year of Uni. Can’t fault them always quick to respond great communication and had help out promptly when we had any issues. Would highly recommend!

It's rare to find a letting agent that genuinely cares, but Oliver Haggard and the team have been fantastic throughout my tenancy. They have always been friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful whenever I needed support. Renting this property has been a very positive experience, and that's largely thanks to the excellent service they provide. I'm actually quite sad to be leaving, but it's time for me to move on to the next chapter. Thank you for everything you've done. This has been one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. From day one, the property was in poor condition, with damage that was never repaired despite repeated complaints. The bathroom silicone issue was ignored, the garden was left a mess from neighboring trees (which we were somehow expected to maintain), and yet we were charged unreasonable fees like £30 just to remove Blu Tack from a wall. It feels like the landlord/agent is only interested in squeezing money out of students while providing nothing in return. Communication was poor, promises were ignored, and the entire experience left me feeling scammed. I took photos of everything, so I can prove exactly how bad the place was left by the management and how unfairly deposits are handled. To top it off, they returned only half my deposit and tried to justify it with ridiculous charges. If you’re a student or anyone looking to rent, avoid this business at all costs. They exploit tenants, fail to deliver basic maintenance, and then hit you with unfair costs at the end. I would not wish this experience on anyone
