They gave me time to view a property..I was busy that day and ask for alternative which they refused to saying the house had too many viewers for which I had to start my work late and then the agents calls me when I was at the doorstep of the house saying they can’t do the viewing..later after two days when I call them back for update they said the home was agreed to let!!!…Never using them again.
Having bought and lived in property in a block managed by GD3 for over three years, their service has been great. From a maintenance perspective, both Greg & Zara have been brilliant at responding to queries and addressing any issues on the same day. From a purchasing & selling perspective, everything has been very easy with swift replies to all queries. My solicitors were provided with all documents quickly during the buying process and Lisa has gone above and beyond to market the property during the selling process. Would go through them again.
