As someone new to Manchester, the whole process of finding a place felt quite overwhelming at first, but the team made everything so much easier and completely stress-free. They took the time to really understand what I was looking for and offered genuinely helpful advice throughout. Easily the worst letting company in Manchester. Notice how the positive reviews are from landlords and not tenants. Ignore calls from your number when you report a problem but if you go on no caller ID or call from a friend's number they answer straight away. Left us without hot water for days and ignored us so they wouldn't have to sort it. Did not complete proper checks between tenants meaning we had to get an emergency plumber out 3 days into our tenancy as water was leaking through the ceiling and lights and then refused to reimburse us as apparently it wasn't an emergency despite it being a literal fire hazard. Had problems with the house from the start of our tenancy and no matter how many times we chased it up 90% of these did not get resolved until we were moving out a year later. Tried to charge us for issues that were present when we moved in. Took over a month to return our deposit and as usual ignored emails and phone calls of us chasing it up. Would rather move out of Manchester than have to rent a property with them again. Don't be fooled by any good reviews either as they offered us money to leave a good review.
