I couldn’t have asked for a better experience of selling my flat through house and co. Special shout out to Claire, Ria and Lee. I had originally signed up to go with another agency but after having a viewing with Claire I knew instantly I wanted her to sell my flat as she wasn’t pushy and had a lovely vibe. We can highly recommend House and Co for anyone looking to sell their property in BS5. Our house was valued by Jon, viewings were handled by Claire and on-going support through the transaction was provided by Ria, all of whom were excellent and provided great service. We were kept closely informed through-out the process and they all did a fantastic job handling both ourselves and our buyers.
Very good experience with Claire from House and Co. Gave good independent advice at the start, (including exploring other options), and maintained good communication throughout. Very reasonable fee and at least as good service as I have had from more expensive agents so would definitely recommend if you are in the Bristol area.
