Recently moved into a Hive property and nothing but good experiences. All the homes they manage that I've looked at are lovely. They respond quickly to any issues that appear and everything is in good condition. Would definitely recommend if your looking for a place to stay as there are the best option I've seen by a long way.

I had a great experience renting with Hive Estate Mgt from my viewing to moving in was properly followed up with Caeden and they’ve got lovely properties, giving you a beautiful home and serene environment.

Excellent property and excellent service throughought the entire process. Couldn't have asked for a better agent than Caeden, cleared everything up for me and made it a super easy move. Would highly recommend

I’ve had a really great experience with Hive Management. They offer some of the nicest and most beautiful rental properties, and the whole process has been smooth from the beginning. The agents (Caeden + Joel) are very professional, responsive, and always helpful. The property I moved into was brand new, very clean, and exactly as shown during the viewing. From the very beginning, it truly felt like my own room and home. You can really tell that tenants are a priority for them, as they make sure everything is comfortable and well looked after. Whenever there has been any issue or maintenance problem, they’ve dealt with it straight away and made sure everything was fixed quickly. Their communication is excellent, and no matter how many times I’ve reached out, they’ve always responded promptly and professionally. Overall, I’m highly satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend Hive Management to anyone looking for a reliable and professional rental agency.

I had a really positive experience renting with Hive. Joel & Caeden are always very responsive and easy to communicate with, which made a big difference throughout the tenancy. Any issues in the house were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and maintenance was never a hassle. The property itself was well-kept and a nice place to live. I also really appreciated how accommodating Joel was at the end of my tenancy, allowing me to stay a bit longer when I needed it. Overall, reliable and great experience I’d definitely recommend.
