Elliott has been amazing, which is thankful after he gave me his direct number, as ringing the Manchester Office number never gets answered!! On Friday 10th July I had MANY failed attempts to reach anyone between 10am and 1pm Also when Elliot is at lunch then Ryan takes messages or actually answers my queries… Well done Elliot and Ryan (just a shame that Ryan is a Man City supporter 🙈)

We engaged Express for the sale of our house June 2026 based on a previous purchase we'd made via them. And happy we did. The agents are switched on, responsive and supportive. Particularly we had good relationships with Georgia Corrigan and James Latham. We had a very speedy sale, and were delighted with the whole process. Georgia called us and kept us up to date and conveyed messaging professionally and efficiently. We would not hesitate to recommend Express, based on excellent customer experiences. Well done all.

I once left a review to this agent with one star but I had remove as I was promised from their one representative to cancel their contract after almost 3 months wasted to find me a buyer when they didn’t and after their big talking and promises to sell my flat in west London in heart of Ealing they failed and fact was empty for months hoping for them to find me a buyer after finally agreeing to let me go and find local agents at that time surprisingly found me one buyer thats after knocking the price of 3 bedrooms apartment in immaculate condition for £450k from £500k without my permission yes i did struggle to sell for £500k but I did mention that we drop it £480k then just at that time I was looking at London estate agents they got me one interested buyer when i wasn’t aware of that huge reduction £50k they offered £455k I agreed to it and I regret it since then as there’s nothing for 3 double bedrooms in heart of Ealing for £450k and just to find out their huge commission online agent in end of nowhere without seen my property physically and I had to do all the viewing I end up agree to that and 5 months down the line after I found smaller apartment with needs to full refurbishment for £430k and it’s smaller just to find out they’re charging me huge amount of their fees ! I really regret it this is the stupid mistake I ever made in my life. They basically work towards the buyers interest not the vender just to take their commission of sale they don’t care about the buyers . Please if you in London or any city never try any online agent just like another seller wrote comments in their website .

I found Finley Brogan was able to keep me updated through out the time the property has been advertised for sale through Express offers. I would like to point out at this time, that although I had accepted and offer for my property last week, the prospective buyer has not as far as I am aware confirmed their offer or signed any paper work to this effect. So my property at this stage is NOT sold only under offer and this could be withdrawn at any time up until they sign the paper work. therefore Finely Brogan at present is still dealing with this property sale

I have sadly been disappointed with the choice of this agency from the beginning of the process. The Bracket pricing system is awful, the lack of communication has been disappointing and the price achieved is not what I wanted and although I didn’t have to sell at the price that’s been agreed I couldn’t bear the stress of it all any longer. This isn’t a company I would recommend and feel aggrieved I have to pay them any commission for such poor service. Especially when I have done the viewings and all of the chasing for updates.
