Overall, I had a good experience. Amrit was very helpful during my stay and dealt with all my queries promptly. I would definitely consider staying at a property let through Empire again.

We had planned to stay at one of their properties however it was trashed when we arrived, had drugs on the side and have had 0 help from the company. Ignoring messages and no reply since. When we initially got there the fob to access the building wasn't in the lockbox and no one replied to our calls our messages. Terrible experience and somehow even worse customer service.

Booked a viewing, was sat waiting for 20 minutes as no one showed up. No communication about them not being able to make it. Rang up various numbers and eventually after 10 minutes of trying got through to someone who said they'll chase it up for me and get back to me. I rang them back 10 minutes later and they kept declining my calls. Such terrible customer service skills. The lack of communication is astounding its almost as if they purposely try to avoid you. Would definitely not recommend this company.

If I had choice to give zero then I would be happy.This company rubbish ,unprofessional and racist company.I did enquiry about a house after three days of mocking around me they said house is available in £1000 instead of £885 but still I said I want to view they said we had no email ID to contact you even I got two emails from them about the rubbish room.They judge people from there accents and treated very badly to non British people.My British friend call them front of me they were offering him to view appointment so don’t go through this so called company for letting .

We had a very smooth experience with Empire lettings agency and particularly with their member Amrit. She was always supportive and quick to respond to all our questions, both mine and my wife’s, from day one until we signed the tenancy agreement. Really appreciate their professionalism!

They have been utterly appalling managing a property I used to live in. I vacated the property in December last year and they are now chasing me for the next set of service and ground rent charges for the new year (a period of time I have not lived at the property) I have told them once already I do not live there and to contact the correct owners and they have now emailed be again with a debt collectors reminder. They are impossible to get hold of and never answer calls. They should have taken my details off their system 4 weeks ago when I informed them for the second time I no longer live at the property and they are still emailing me. Shocking customer service and an awful company
