Easthaven Property Management

I rented with Easthaven for almost two years. I had a great experience with them, communication was quick and easy and any repairs needed were done promptly.

Let me move into a flat with a hole in the room... didnt get fixes for a.month... during December...freezing Then ..Charged 3 hours cleaning for a 1 bedroom flat... which was cleaned on departure... £103 ... thats an expensive cleaner... Had issues with leaking sinks, roof and washing machine.. to which they replied "throw down a towel" ... would not recommend

0 stars they absolutely suck as a property management, they don’t care about taking care of your property they just care about taking in the money each month and doing nothing.

If I could put 0 stars I would. They charged me cleaning fee for moving out and took off deposit. I'm pretty sure they do this to everyone, if u expect full deposit back you won't be getting it even if you leave it immaculate. Always had issues with these people when living here as well, be careful!!

Rented a property near the University from Easthaven for nearly two years, genuinely nice agency that responded quickly to any issue that we had and we would never feel apprehensive about picking up the phone and calling them. Very approachable overall.

Be aware!!! Those people always a way to deduce expenses from your deposit. They fined me £100 for cleaning while I expressly clean the house. Be aware!!!!
