Their communication was consistently clear, proactive, and professional. They managed every stage of the process seamlessly — from rental compliance certification, tenant identification/vetting through to rent collection and smooth tenant entry and exit. The property was professionally cleaned and handed over in excellent condition. During the rental period all maintenance issues were handled quickly and sensibly, and the team genuinely made the entire experience stress free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Domus to anyone looking for reliable, high quality property management.

We bought a flat to rent out on the southside of Glasgow a few years ago and searched for a factor, and found Thistle (now called Domus). Dave Dyer made everything straightforward and explained things well i.e. what he would do and what we needed to do legally as ‘new’ landlords. We bought a 2nd rental property more recently and had no hesitation in using Domus to manage this one too. They are attentive and seem good at marketing because we got the income they predicted. If there are issues with the flats, they can get someone to sort it or you can use your own tradespeople. I’d recommend them. Marco
