My experience with core estates(bolton) was a wonderful one. The director amd the staffs are reliable and competent. Core estates took over the management of the property where I was staying and when I and my husband decided to move out, the landlord withheld our total deposit with no justifiable reason. Core estates took it up and ensured that we collected our deposit in full and with interest. If you are looking for a reliable and competent agent to manage your properties, I gladly reccommend Core estates
⭐☆☆☆☆ If I could give 0 stars, I would. Core Estates has turned what was already an unreliable lift into an absolute disaster. The only lift in this seven-storey building broke down for 10 days. We were told it was undergoing maintenance, which was frustrating enough during one of the busiest periods of the year for many businesses. When it finally came back into service, we weren’t getting the same lift back. Without any consultation or warning, it had been converted into a goods-only lift, every button inside had been removed, and tenants were simply told that’s how it would work from now on. This new system is completely unfit for a building like this. If you’re a small business or working alone, it has become a daily nightmare. You load your goods into the lift, then have to run upstairs because you are no longer allowed to travel with them. Before you reach your floor, somebody else has usually called the lift somewhere else in the building. Your goods end up going from floor to floor until you eventually manage to catch the lift again. This isn’t a rare occurrence. It happens constantly. Yesterday it took me around 25 minutes just to move one trolley upstairs. Before these changes, the same job took a couple of minutes. Now, every trip involves standing around waiting, chasing the lift and hoping your goods eventually arrive where you need them. The people making these decisions have clearly never considered how businesses actually operate. Large companies can put one employee upstairs and another downstairs to manage the lift. Smaller businesses don’t have that luxury. Many of us work alone for most of the day. We are expected to leave stock unattended, climb several flights of stairs and waste huge amounts of time every single day because of a system that simply doesn’t work. It has also created an obvious security problem. Anyone in the building can call the lift while your stock is inside it. My goods regularly end up on different floors before I get to them. It only takes one dishonest person for stock to disappear, and even when nothing goes missing, the amount of wasted time is ridiculous. The accessibility side of this decision is just as bad. There are elderly tenants in this building, including people around 70 years old, who now have to walk up multiple flights of stairs because there is no passenger lift. In a seven-storey commercial building, that is completely unacceptable. The lift wasn’t particularly reliable before this either. It regularly broke down and sometimes had to be reset before it would work again. Instead of fixing the actual problems, Core Estates has made the entire system worse for everyone. The lack of communication has been appalling. Nobody was told this major change was coming. We were simply informed afterwards that this was now a goods-only lift and expected to get on with it. Businesses pay thousands of pounds to operate from this building. In return, we’ve been left with a lift that wastes time, delays orders, creates congestion, introduces security concerns and makes it far harder to do our jobs than it ever should be. This isn’t an improvement. It’s a downgrade in every possible way. I genuinely cannot recommend Swan Lane Mills to any business that values reliability, efficiency or competent property management.
We've worked with Core London for a while and it's always a pleasure. Very professional and efficient so I can't recommend them highly enough. Joe runs a tight ship with a personal touch and that's what makes them stand out

We’ve lived in our property for over 3 years and Wasim has been absolutely incredible since day one. If we ever have an issue (usually due to cold weather), Wasim and his team are straight onto it and it’s resolved quickly. We are so lucky to have a landlord like Wasim and we shout his praises to all of our friends & family.
I had the pleasure of renting from Core estate for 1 year, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Core estate demonstrated a rare combination of professionalism, kindness, and genuine care for their tenants. They were always responsive, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and efficiently. What truly sets Core estate apart, however, is their exceptional customer service and personal touch. They took a genuine interest in our well-being, offered valuable advice, and made us feel like part of a community. If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and caring landlord, look no further than Core estate. We feel grateful to have had the opportunity to rent from them and would highly recommend their properties to anyone.
Wasim was very helpful and I 100% recommend! Very professional and go above and beyond for you!
