After contacting To Let to deal with a commercial let I spoke to Lola Hacking. I found her to be pleasant, approachable and professional. She dealt with my requests and never felt that she was pressuring me. With ongoing matters Lola has kept in contact and kept me updated. I can recommend Lola, To Let and team Adrian Abbott

I found my dealing with To Let Bolton (specifically Lola) to be a frustrating, disappointing, and most importantly, concerning experience. My initial property viewing went as planned and agreed there and then to take one of the properties to rent; however, when asking for the rental contract following the viewing, numerous reasons were given as to why this could not be sent and that I would be expected to pay the deposit BEFORE reading or viewing the contract. Not only was this not standard practice, but it made me wonder what was written in the contract that she didn't want me to see before payment. I just found the whole process sketchy and not transparent in the slightest. I ended up wasting time and fuel dealing with this company.

We have been looking for a commercial premises for quite some time, dealing with different state agents, Blackburn, Preston, Southport, Bury however Lola from To Let Bolton was absolutely fantastic, she went above and beyond with great service.
