We moved into a flat that had a filthy sofa, which we had to deep clean ourselves, but somehow in the end we were charged for all kind of cleaning issues, like a random bit of dust in a hidden corner. On top of that they’ve been holding our deposit for more than 2 months after moving out. Very poor service, we don’t recommend at all.
They decided I wasn't worth speaking to about the commercial property, dodnt get back to me or say no thanks not interested. I found Gurmet really unprofessional due to this.
We recently sold our first property with C&R Properties, and we’re so glad we chose them. We originally bought the property in 2022 when it was listed with C&R, and the process back then was easy and seamless, which made the decision to use them again an easy one. Fast forward to September 2025 when we decided to sell, and from the initial valuation and photographs, Rhyan was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We were really impressed with how quickly viewings were arranged and offers came in. The rest of the team at C&R were also fantastic, handling viewings and providing support throughout. We were especially pleased with the timescale from the property going live to offer accepted and SSTC. Despite a few chain and solicitor issues along the way, Rhyan was always on hand to help and reassure us right up until completion. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend C&R Properties, thank you for all your hard work!
During our purchase we were supported by Isaac and Rhyan from the team. From first meeting Isaac at our first viewing until the very end of the process he was amazing to work with. As first time buyers we felt incredibly supported by him as he was always easy to contact and happy to help. Rhyan began to support alongside Isaac part way through the process, and again, we couldn’t fault him. Both were very attentive and ensured we were always in the loop. Through our process we had some issues with solicitors but never with Isaac and Rhyan who helped in any way they could. We are so appreciative of them and feel the process would have been a lot harder had we not had such a good team. Of all the estate agents we met through the process of looking at properties, we are so grateful to have landed with this agency as they have been so friendly, supportive and helpful. We cannot thank them enough
