Gifford Dixon Commercial Property

Pretty useless say they'll call back but don't bother. Called them 4 times about a property was told they'd call back each time. Finally get in touch to say its sold I'm guessing they had an interested party and its not worth it for them to keep doing viewings. Obviously would have been well worth it for the seller as I may have offered more. Another estate agent that just wants to do the absolute minimum.

Would give 0 stars if I could Steven signed me up to a lease on a property that was a mess and he promised to clean it all up before I moved in but after the lease was signed he wiped his hands of the place the guy is that useless that the landlord ended up binning him off as he replaced the original shop front with a cheap upvc shopfront that went further out into the road and caused the council to intervene which in turn cost the landlord £12000 Don’t use Gifford Dixon unless you want an incomponent letting agent that gets everything wrong
