Once an offer is accepted a Sales Progressor - in my case Clare Singh - takes over organising the transaction, and seeing it through to Completion. The process of buying and selling a house is notoriously stressful with many places along the time-line where things can stall or get stuck. Fortunately I could relax knowing that Clare was co-ordinating all the exchanges of information and requests as well as nudging the parties to keep up the momentum.
My wife and I both bought and sold and let our buy to let with CJ Hole. The advice and support we had over the 10 years we did this was superb. Finally when we went to sell despite it being a difficult market at the time they were able to secure a cash buyer for us. The end to end experience with CJ Hole was very professional and friendly. Would always recommend them to others.

We worked with CJ Hole when we purchased our first home which went very well (after several purchase fell-throughs previously) and found CJ Hole very good at their work. So after 2 years when we now had to sell our first home we reached out for CJ Hole again and I was impressed by Rob Watson who could still remember details of our house during the valuation (which to me is a clear sign of taking his work seriously) and presented us a pack of property information which was the most comprehensive one I have seen (compared with that from another 2 property agencies). He is proactive and follows the property market very closely. Rob is also resourceful, accommodating and gave solid advice which helped us, a first-time and now first-time seller, a lot. Very happy about these 2 experiences with CJ Hole. If I need to buy or sell again in Bristol I will definitely go to Rob and his team again.
CJ Hole Westbury on Trym recently valued my rental house. Rob was professional, had a really genuine manner about him and positive stood out amongst the other estate agents I met. Just nice and honest without being pushy in any way. We have decided not to sell at this time but I absolutely contact the Westbury office when we do.
