I’ve had a very positive experience with the letting agent. The founder has been professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the tenancy. Any maintenance issues were dealt with promptly, and they were always friendly and helpful. The property itself is nice, and I have made sure to follow all the tenancy rules, keep it well maintained, and leave it professionally cleaned and tidy at the end. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience.
