4.8 / 5 · 659 totalInitial process and everything else was very good however 4/5 months into tenancy I had domestic issues and wanted to leave my shared tenancy with my former partner which I was told they don’t get involved in domestic issues which is completely understandable however they clearly continued to take the side of my former partner despite telling me they don’t get involved and made the process of me removing my name from the contract very difficult (more so my former partner but still) sometimes would take weeks to hear back from them and I would have to be very persistent in my communication to actually get anywhere which made the process last so much longer than it needed which caused me even more issues due to it taking so long and just before it got completed I requested certain documents to be resent to me but because of the delayed response by the time they got back to me my name was already removed from contract and they couldn’t give me these documents because I wasn’t on the tenancy even though I initially requested them before the finalisation of the removal. Overall good estate agents however because of the difficulties surrounding the issue I had I am unsure if I would use them again.
