Whenever any issues have arisen, they have been quick to help and ensure they are resolved efficiently. A special mention goes to Isabella, who always responds promptly, is happy to arrange a call to discuss queries, and clearly explains the next steps so I always know what to expect. I can rely on her to liaise efficiently between me and the landlord, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Isabella also makes sure that announcements from the building's management company are forwarded promptly. This helps me avoid unnecessary inconveniences or missing important updates. Overall, my experience renting through Buckley Frayne has been excellent, and I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional letting agency.
Do **NOT** use this estate agency. They will mess you around. We agreed on a flat, but at the very last minute they let it to someone else. Completely unprofessional. I also believe many of the recent positive reviews appear to be fake or botted. I've spoken to numerous people who have also had bad experiences with this agency. In the end, it was probably a blessing in disguise. AVOID!

I would like to thank Isabella for handling the leak in my flat. She was courteous and responsible. Excellent communication between us and prompt arrangement to have a contractor come by my flat on the next day. After the contractor visited my flat, Isabella personally called me to give me an overview of the situation and further arrangement with the contractor. The leak was fixed thanks to Buckley Frayne hiring professionals like Keith. Highly recommended letting agency!
