My house sold within a week of going on the market at a difficult time in the Bristol housing market, and the sale went through smoothly. We used Boardwalk to sell our flat, Mike was great from start to finish, the photos taken were excellent and we sold at a good price. Sophie took over once we had accepted an offer and communicated well with both of us throughout. Flat completed within a few months but no delays from Boardwalk. Very grateful for their support and although more expensive than other estate agents, we are happy we went with them.
